What will you do : Campaign Planning & Execution - Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of marketing / sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.- Analyze campaign performance data (ROI, conversion rates, customer engagement) to refine strategies and improve outcomes. Data Analysis & Insights - Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.- Utilize tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to conduct deep-dive analyses and forecast business impacts. Bulkbuy inventory operations & management (preferred) - Develop bulkbuy inventory operation strategies, including hotel product selection, pricing strategies, inventory allocation, and risk management.- Collaborate with the R&D team to maximize inventory utilization and profitability. Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery and operational efficiency.- Act as a liaison for international stakeholders, presenting insights and strategies in English. Market & Competitive Intelligence - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic adjustments. Process Optimization - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to enhance workflow and cost efficiency. Basic Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in campaign operations , event management, and data analysis.- Proven track record in hotel inventory bulkbuy operations (preferred).- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms.- Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) for global collaboration.- Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in travel, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) industries.- Knowledge of revenue management, pricing strategies, or demand forecasting.
