Essential Functions of the job
• Serve as a member of the Greater China, Central and South Asia (GCCSA) Leadership Team, contribute to the stewardship of the company while supporting all areas of the business in the achievement of corporate goals and objectives in the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau regions.
• Drive the commercial strategy, vision, and buildup of the commercial infrastructure in the area under responsibility, including sequencing of launch, market access strategy, integrating with medical affairs and expanding the brand and awareness of BeOne's product portfolio.
• Develops complementary business strategies and executes on associated tactical initiatives, financial plans, staffing requirements, etc. required to drive and sustain commercial growth within the region. This includes full P&L responsibility for the commercial business of these regions.
• Contributes to the evaluation of licensing and acquisition opportunities by collaborating with internal functions to assess alignment with local business objectives.
• Responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure of people, processes and technology required to achieve BeOne’s commercial business objectives. This includes hiring, developing, and retaining key talent.
• Ensures alignment of corporate and cross-functional resources including, but not limited to Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, etc.
Qualification Required:
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Oncology, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
Work Experience
- At least 15+ years of relevant commercial experience in the oncology pharmaceutical industry, with experience in the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau regions or the Asia-Pacific market is preferred.
- More than 5 years of team management and regional P&L management experience.
- Proficient in the local medical insurance negotiation rules of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, familiar with the market access process of oncology drugs and the operation logic of medical affairs, with experience in docking with local regulatory authorities and medical institutions is preferred.
- Experience in participating in the evaluation of licensing and acquisition opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry, and able to collaborate with Corporate Development and Global New Product Planning teams to advance projects is preferred.
- Familiar with commercial operations, have a network of commercial talents, and possess experience in recruiting, developing, and retaining core talents is preferred.

- Have excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills, and can effectively link with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Development, and other teams to promote business.
- Have outstanding talent management and organizational development capabilities and be able to build an efficient commercial team and ensure the stability of core talents.
- Have intense pressure resistance and result-oriented awareness and be able to coordinate resources and solve problems in a complex market environment.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and oral expression skills in both languages.
Other Requirements
- Familiar with the relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards of the pharmaceutical industry, with no record of violations or disciplinary actions.
Able to accept business trips within the Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau regions and adapt to the local business culture and work rhythm.
