This role will lead and drive an integrated and cohesive joint business partnership with the Key Accounts, which will be represented cross-functionally to build a deep understanding of our key customers’ business, anticipate industry and customer trends, and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition in driving towards market leadership.

- Lead and coordinate multi-functions and regional key stakeholders to complete accounts projects and achieve goals.
- Have high-level strategic thinking for better operational results and set up a successful CBT

- Drive a win-win commercial solution to achieve sales target in each assigned key account.
- Identifying key account opportunities for an integrated plan to roll-out
- Have a deep understanding of the business dynamics and record it in a systematic way for internal update and strategies adaptation.
- Accountable for accurate forecasting of products mix based on demand offtake trend; to coordinate with ASMs / SC / MKT / FIN for an inclusion in weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting (DMR) requirements
- Create and drive solid strategies to grow sales and in-store share; can influence key decision makers to support CVI as category captain to focus; can maintain channel consumer’s loyalty; can implement associated channel plans in the storefront under regular dashboard.
- Design, prepare and present business plans for all key accounts and agree on trade promotions and consumer promotions with strategic thinking and long-term development.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly business reviews / JBPs for assigned key accounts.
- On a weekly basis, plan, do, check, action for any variances to the aligned objectives and reasons for any variance.
- Ensure alignment across customer marketing manager, area sales managers, sales rep. for the key initiatives execution, including projects roll-out, 100% compliance rate, sales forecast.
- Develop, implement and evaluate key account plans to meet sales and profit objectives by product portfolio and by customer.
- Partner with customer to provide category and market insights to drive sales performance.
- Develop and deliver new product launch plans with sustainable go-to-market strategies.
- Communicate any commercial strategies including product, price and supply changes to assigned key accounts customers.
- Drive being supplier of choice, to provide CooperVision with greater in-store presence and trade support across all the retail shops.
