Key Responsibilities :
lManage the planning and execution of annual, quarterly, and monthly incentive competition programs, including communication and coordination with sales units, proposal reporting, event planning, execution of events / banquets, vendor liaison, and budget control, etc.
lManage and execute departmental MyVoice activities, including coordination and communication, proposal reporting, event execution, vendor liaison, and budget control, etc.
lManage and execute physical credit card sales channels and development, including negotiating booth / exhibition rentals and contract signing, as well as booth budget planning and control.
lLead project teammates to enhance the sales process and drive digital initiatives.
lHandle ad hoc assignments from senior management.
Requirements :
lStrategical thinking and planning capability.Strong analytical skills, highly numerate and proactive.
lGood interpersonal and communication / presentation skills.Good in MS office tool, including Excel and PowerPoint.
lWilling to take challenge, ability to work under pressure.
lKnowledge of products (including wealth management, secured loan, credit card and unsecured loan) and sales process.
lFluent English in both oral and written communication
lUniversity or above. With 5+ years consumer banking business experience is preferred.
