1. 廠辦設施的運作和維護：設施系統包括無塵室、空調、電力、給排水、製程冷卻水、排氣、高壓空氣、氮氣、消防等

2. 廠務設施巡檢；日常維護工作和異常處理；故障改善和排除

3. 監督和管理工廠環境清潔和消毒工作

4. 確保茶水間的點心 / 飲料 / 咖啡和日常用品供應

5. 執行工業安全與衛生管理

6. 設施維修和總務工作

7. 管理設施操作程序和記錄，包括製作簡報數據分析

8. 監控和簡易故障排除SCADA系統

9. 工廠設施維護的預防性改善對策能力

10. 協助廠務工程改善和建設項目支援

11. 工廠供應 / 建設供應商搜尋和報價的綜合管理

12. 工廠維修或設備更換項目的進度控制和介面協調

13. 廠務經理指派的工作項目

14. 接待等總務工作

1. 高職以上學歷（機電、廠務相關加分）

2. 已有廠務 / 實驗室 / 無塵室經驗者薪水會高些

3. 新進人員：肯學、肯穿無塵衣、不怕走路爬樓梯，我們可以很熱心的教導新人熟習及適應工作環境及學習工作上的技能
