Our client is a leading multinational real estate consultancy firm committed to delivering world-class property advisory, valuation, and market insights. With a global network and local expertise, they empower clients to make informed real estate decisions with confidence. They are now looking for a Valuation Partner in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage high-quality real estate valuation and advisory assignments across a variety of asset classes, including commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, and development land.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients, including institutional investors, developers, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of valuation professionals to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with RICS, IVS, and local regulations and valuation methodologies.
  • Oversee report quality, risk management, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across research, capital markets, and consulting to provide integrated real estate solutions.
  • Represent the firm in industry events, forums, and with regulatory bodies as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of real estate valuation or advisory experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.
  • MRICS, AACI, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of valuation methodologies and industry practices across multiple property types.
  • Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills.
  • Proven experience in business development and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with Taiwan's real estate market, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.
