Job Description

• Lead and Manage : Oversee a cross-functional team of automation and system integration engineers across multiple sites.
• Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute the automation roadmap to support company's Smart Factory vision in alignment with global manufacturing goals.
• Project Delivery : Lead end-to-end planning, design, implementation, and optimization of automation solutions such as AGV / AMR systems, robotic arms, automated inspection, and packaging lines.
• Digital Integration : Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems with MES, ERP, SCADA, and IIoT platforms.
• Vendor Management : Evaluate, select, and manage third-party automation vendors and system integrators to ensure quality and scalability.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all automation solutions adhere to industry safety standards and local regulatory compliance.
