Job Description : Drive Revenue Growth

  • Own and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for consumer product lines.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on expanding market share and increasing customer acquisition.
  • Identify and capitalize on high-margin growth opportunities in core and emerging markets.

2. Team Performance Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and scale a high-performing sales team with a strong focus on quota attainment and pipeline velocity.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance daily, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Implement rigorous sales coaching, performance tracking, and incentive programs to maximize individual and team output.
  • 3. Customer & Channel management

  • Build and grow key customer relationships across retail and distribution channels.
  • Secure strategic partnerships and drive sell-in / sell-through performance with top-tier accounts.
  • Oversee channel performance and optimize partner programs to drive volume and profitability.
  • 4. Cross-Functional Execution

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to align go-to-market execution with commercial goals.
  • Drive product launch success with clear sales enablement plans, competitive positioning, and frontline readiness.
  • 5. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to proactively adjust sales strategy.
  • Deliver customer and competitor insights to inform pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
  • Job Requirements – Consumer Business Sales Leader

    Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive sales experience in the consumer sector (e.g., electronics, FMCG, retail).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading revenue-generating teams.
  • Core Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive measurable business results.
  • People Management : Experience building, leading, and coaching high-performance sales teams.
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Strong relationship-building skills with key retail, e-commerce, and distributor accounts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting tools, and data analytics to inform strategy.
  • Channel Expertise : Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer and indirect channel dynamics.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Advanced skills in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Performance Mindset

  • Results focused with a track record of outstanding revenue growth , market share gains.
