Job Description :
Main Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute for employee connection & engagement initiatives, such as townhall, skip-level meetings, employee resources network etc.
- Manage and participate employ listening channels as HR representative in scenarios such as labor / management meeting, engagement survey and etc.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives of local HR practices and global people priorities.
- Take lead for labor-related audit and government labor-related requests.
- Support offshore-shared service center as first contact window for international supervisor & employee supports on people management routines.
Basic Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business related area is required. MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred.Experience of 5-8 years as HR Generalist or HRBP role. Familiar with Taiwan labor regulations.Proficient in English overall (experienced in daily work usage)Sophisticated in interpersonal communication, presentation, creative event planning & detailed-oriented execution.Excellent in office 365
