Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead with Impact : Own complex EXOS programs from concept to delivery, guiding global teams to meet scope, quality, and timelines.
Drive Strategic Execution : Develop and maintain integrated plans with clear scope, milestones, and resources aligned to business goals.
Collaborate Across Functions : Work with hardware, software, quality, and test teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end EXOS solutions through clear communication and accountability.
Manage Risks and Change : Identify challenges, resolve dependencies, and apply proactive strategies to keep initiatives on track.
Communicate with Clarity : Share timely, transparent updates on progress, risks, and actions with stakeholders and leadership.
Elevate Performance : Define metrics, monitor productivity, and improve processes to boost team efficiency.
Lead Technically : Use technical expertise to ensure designs meet requirements, promote best practices, and deliver high-quality solutions under tight timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree and master is preferred.
6+ years in project / program management within engineering or technical environments, with strong technical program leadership and collaboration with engineering teams.
Solid understanding of hardware engineering concepts (high-speed signal, power / analog design, CPU complex, Ethernet switching, multi-layer PCB, high pin-count BGA) and hardware / software integration.
Strong knowledge of production life cycle management, understand NPI basic process. Experience in leading NPI programs is preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing techniques for complex electronic assemblies and product development through ODM / JDM partners.
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Office; excellent English communication skills for influencing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; able to clarify complex technical concepts and deliver under pressure with attention to detail.
Commitment to quality, attention to detail, and ability to deliver on time in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Strong experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management to define requirements and technical designs.
Nice to Have :
PMP or PgMP certification.
Experience with PowerBI and building complex reports.
