This role

Our world-class Product and Engineering teams delivered almost 1,000 new features last year. As one of our pioneering Engineers in our new Taiwan Tech Hub , you'll play a vital role in the continued acceleration of our product strategy.

This is not a typical “Senior Engineer” role.

This is a founding engineer position in a newly established tech hub, where you will influence architecture, engineering standards, hiring, and technical direction across a platform used by hundreds of thousands of businesses.

You’ll be accountable for building and deploying the innovative features that change our customers’ lives every day. From our trailblazing AI hiring tool to our fully automated payroll solution, every component of our Employment Operating System is carefully designed to disrupt the employment industry for the better, improving the lives of business owners and entrepreneurs everywhere.

This is a 100% full WFH remote setup, you will be working in the Taiwan timezones.
