Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive home financing advice and solutions to customers, including mortgage, home equity, and other related products
  • Assist customers in understanding their financial needs and goals, and recommend appropriate home financing options
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers
  • Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer acquisition
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to the bank's compliance and risk management policies

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial data
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support customer interactions and sales activities
  • Possess a valid real estate sales license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe
