Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive home financing advice and solutions to customers, including mortgage, home equity, and other related products
- Assist customers in understanding their financial needs and goals, and recommend appropriate home financing options
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to customers
- Actively participate in sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer acquisition
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to the bank's compliance and risk management policies
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a customer-facing roleStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret financial dataDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsProficient in the use of relevant software and technology tools to support customer interactions and sales activitiesPossess a valid real estate sales license or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframeApply Now
