Junior Accountant (Manager-Track)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support financial reporting for our Taiwan office. This role is well-suited for someone with solid accounting experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a Finance Manager role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts and assist with monthly closing.
Prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and statutory reports.
Support audits and coordinate with external consultants.
Monitor cash flow and assist in budget and cost tracking.
Liaise with regional finance team for group reporting.

Essential Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

At least 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of Taiwan accounting standards and tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic English skills preferred (for internal communication).
