Responding to Asian consumers' questions through English and Chinese text (Email & Live chat).Ensure the customer service function is functioning properly and continue to improve the quality of service.Other Job Description :
In order to protect the privacy and data security of customers and users, cell phones and other electronic products cannot be used in the workspace (other areas of the office can be used). We welcome newcomers to join us, and will provide 4-6 weeks of complete product knowledge and related training courses (in English and Chinese, with full pay during the period) after reporting to work.
The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Success role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholdersJob Requirements :
Good command of Chinese language, reading and writing skills to communicate with consumers.Intermediate reading and writing skills in English.Work shifts (may be able to work on holidays and national holidays according to the shift schedule), and the salary for national holidays is calculated according to the Taiwan Labor Standards Law.Basic computer skills.The Employer
