Required :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industryStrong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency in MS Office suitePreferred :
Japanese language proficiency (Business level)Experience in office administration or general affairs HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)Experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies Project management experience
