Responsibilities

As aSales Specialist, strives to achieve assigned area sales goals through the effective management of time and routing. The position is expected to call on all customers within responsible area, and execute sales and promotional tactics, in accordance with brand and marketing strategies.

  • Achievement of responsible area sales objectives, Units and Value
  • Implement daily brand and marketing tactics, incl. RTDs, aligned with personal and districtobjectives.
  • Efficient management and tracking of time and resources (incl. samples) allocated
  • Improve on selling skills and product knowledge, together with DSM and trainer of the company
  • Establish strong and effective business relationships with all customers and key decision makers, by calling on all customers at adequate frequency
  • Report on competitive activities and follow-up commercial strategies, in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance of company SOPs, vigilance reporting, code of conduct and local regulations in daily operation.
  • Complete any other business task assigned by supervisor
  • Pass annual relevant assessments (product training, sales skills, functional evaluation, etc.)
  • Actively take medicine and ensure all items currently used in the hospital (Hospital Formulary Management)

Skills and Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor degree. Preferred Medical related fields.

  • Languages: Good command of communication in Mandarin, with English proficiency preferred

  • Experience: at least 3 years of sales experience. Preferred sales experience in Medical Equipment industry

  • Good skills of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to facilitate clinical learning through product demo and performance

  • Negotiating and problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
