The Job

Roles & Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Supervise On-Site Engineers, Technicians, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Monitor and enforce workplace safety regulations and quality control standards.

Coordinate with clients, project teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Prepare and maintain progress reports, project documentation, and site records.

Resolve technical issues, delays, or unexpected challenges during project implementation.

Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to engineering and safety standards.

Plan and schedule workflows, material deliveries, and resource allocation for efficiency.

The Profile

Qualifications :

Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in site / project management.

Strong knowledge of construction / engineering site regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Willing to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
