Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Description

• Key capability in sourcing critical commodities, services, and materials
• Apply scalable and repeatable need and market assessment technique
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition through advanced negotiation strategy, tactic, and skill
• Develop MTK sourcing capability (infrastructure, process, people, playbook, KPI)
• Handle negotiations for big ticket deals, which are vital for maintaining competitive pricing, TTM and securing supply chain stability (outsourcing, high speed IO cable and connector supply chain, PCBA, equipment and accessory)Requirement
• Minimum 8 years in sourcing and procurement, with a focus on high-speed IO, PCBA, and accessory components
• Proven track record in negotiation skills, commodity need and market assessment, cost analysis, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, finance, and related field
