Business Manager

JOB SUMMARY

Leads / supervises distributor teams; first level manager of a work team that could comprise professionals, technical and / or administrative staff. Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Drives sales of organization's products and related revenues through a network of distribution partners.

Evaluates, selects, manages and supports distributors with the goal of maximizing related revenue generation.

Collects payments and supervises timely payment by distributor.

Monitors, coordinates and ensures effective supply of organization's products to distributor.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE :

• 7 years of professional sales experience with a multinational company
• 3 years of professional sales experience in Medical Devices or Diagnostics
• Savvy with managing business through analytics and effective sales forecasting
