Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities
- Prepare financial modeling and credit analysis for client opportunities, including debt structuring, M&A, and capital raising.
- Support the preparation of credit proposals, internal memos, pitch books, and sector / market updates.
- Perform financial statement analysis, benchmarking, and industry research to support client coverage and credit evaluation.
- Maintain and update sector databases and client tracking tools.
- Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up, including taking minutes and preparing summary notes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies while delivering exceptional client service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's TMT strategy and growth initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (e.g. corporate banking, investment banking, Big 4, or consulting preferred).Solid knowledge of financial accounting, corporate finance, and financial modeling principles.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools (e.g. Bloomberg, Capital IQ).Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.A team player with a proactive attitude, professional integrity, and a genuine interest in the TMT sector.Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.Apply Now
