Business Advisory & Assurance – Associate / Senior Associate

This newly created department specializes in international and complex assurance engagements as well as due diligence, internal audit and other specialist advisory services. You will play a key role as a member of our team providing risk-based consultancy and assurance services to our base of local and international clients. Our aim is to help our clients better understand; manage value and risks at every stage in the transaction.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Perform and assist in a wide range of engagements including internal audits, due diligence, financial assurance, forensic investigations, SOX advisory and other consultancy services

2. Ensuring that key deliverables including work programs and audit reports are completed in accordance with the relevant quality standards

3. Drafting reports and corresponding with clients in both English and Mandarin

4. Think analytically and creatively to develop pragmatic and value-added solutions for clients

5. Assist in business proposals and other business development materials
