Role Purpose
To provide operational and analytical support to the Pricing team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for pricing team operation activities (eg. closing, forecast)Support all kinds of ad-hoc analysis and projects as requiredDrive continuous operational improvement by identifying key issues or bottlenecks and constantly refining working processes and toolsProvide practical solutions to operational issues and communicate with cross-function teams to resolve problemsRegularly interface with Sales, Demand Planning, Product Line, Market Intelligence, Finance, IT, and Strategy teams in performing of the above dutiesCollect, maintain and analyze data from multiple internal teams and external sources (VOC) to develop pricing analysisConduct pricing options / scenarios analysis and provide recommendationsGenerate regular business reports and distribute to key stakeholdersExperiences / Education - Required
Bachelor's Degree or above – MBA or Master’s Degree in business-related fields2 years+ in commercial, business or finance function; ideally in a position requiring business or data analysisRequired Skills :
Attention to details and excellent organization skillsAbility to multi-task, work independently and respond quickly to various requestsAbility to prioritize workload and deliver resultsAbility to communicate clearly and effectivelyStrong ownership to assigned role & responsibilityAnalytical and problem-solving skillsBasic accounting and financial analysis knowledgeAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, and overall proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in written and spoken English
