ENGLISH SECRETARY

Education requirements：

Master degree or above in Management or Business Related fields are preferred.

Work content：

1.Translate English documents, materials and simultaneous interpretation

2.Maintain the senior executive’s schedules and arrange appointments, as well as organize meetings, events, and conferences.

3.Coordinate and execute administrative affairs.

4.Execute assignments from the senior executive.

Qualification requirements :

1.5+ years related working experience as a general manager (or higher) secretary in a large enterprise.

2.Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English(TOEIC marks above 750 or equivalent).

3.Hands-on experience with computer applications and Microsoft Office. Shorthand is a plus.

4.Proactive in problem shooting, detailed detail-oriented, excellent coordination and communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills.

We provide competitive remuneration, which would be adjusted by qualification and working experiences. Annual salary is approximately NTD 1.02M-1.09M (or above) with 5 years related working experience. The salary raises every year according to company policy.
