Job Description

Ensure product compliance with CE, FCC, UL, RoHS, REACH and other global regulations.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Project Management, and Manufacturing teams to embed compliance across the product lifecycle.

Maintain and organize technical documentation (e.g., test reports, DoC, technical files).

Act as internal consultant to teams on compliance-related decisions and risk evaluation.

Liaise with third-party labs and testing agencies for product certifications.

Support pre-market and go-to-market planning through regulatory assessments.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within electronics or hardware industries.

Familiar with international product certifications and technical file preparation.

Comfortable working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
