- Deliver "top line" growth through sustained, profitable value-added sales and new business opportunities within named accounts
- Go deep" into the business's largest customers and prospects to develop and execute a detailed account plan, engaging other functional resources to grow sales across Electronic Materials' product line and Business unit.
- Take qualified leads and convert them into new contacts, accounts, and new business opportunities
- Deliver and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Maintain detailed and timely account records in the CRM system
- Work effectively with market and product experts to execute and refine market / product strategies in named accounts and beyond
- Develop a strong working knowledge of Electronics materials, selling the full portfolio of products, and seeking sales opportunities for other Materion products as well
- Work with Product Line Leaders and the Regional Business Leadership team to improve service to the end customer and drive Materion’ s commercial excellence
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Technical field, Business, Marketing, or equivalent preferredExperience
Minimum 15 years professional work experience in electronic industry, Semi is preferredMinimum 10 years in a sales role with a track record of key account management.Capabilities
