Job Description

Describe the role : The position is responsible for the various trade support tasks in Trade Support team within Operation Department in ABITL.

The key job r esponsibilities include, but are not limited to :

1. Perform daily trade oversight, trade matching and confirmations.

2. Handle settlement instructions.

3. Proceed account opening with sub-custodian.

4. Work with global teams for new account set up.

5. Communicate with FA for daily NAV and trade issues.

6. Resolve trade issues with counterparties, custodians, and related internal teams.

7. Assist the investment teams and TW traders with trades queries.

8. Start working the early shift at 6 am for ETF trades oversight.

Job Qualifications

The i deal candidate should have the following : Qualifications, Experience, and Education :

1. Education : The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in business related fields that provides a good understanding of financial markets.

2. Experience : Minimum 2 years settlement related experiences in Asset Management Firms.

3. Other Qualification :

Have good problem-solving skills.

Require strong compliance mind-set.

Be familiar with the local regulations.

Have good communication skills in English.

Attention to details and good logic thinking.

Possess SITCA license.
