Job descriptionPlan and deliver annual Data Services reports to ensure the report quality and on-time delivery Contribute to reward solution projects through continued professional growth for achieving the LOB’s business objectives Conduct knowledge sharing or contribute article to professional magazine to build personal brand Demonstrate the ability to integrate industry and compensation domain knowledge to provide best solution for clients Meet chargeable hours targets Take proactive actions to probe and identify clients’ potential needs to create derivative business opportunities Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Maintain and expand assigned Data Services industry, and contribute to reward solution in projects to achieve business objectives
