Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of paid social media strategies across platforms like Meta and Instagram, ensuring they align with the overall marketing goals of the company.
- Design and implement innovative ad campaigns that increase traffic, generate leads, and drive conversions, taking full responsibility for performance optimization.
- Conduct in-depth audience research to understand demographics and develop tailored marketing strategies that resonate with our target customers.
- Utilize analytics tools (such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics) to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ensuring objectives are met and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content and visuals that align with brand messaging and capture audience attention.
- Oversee budget management for social media campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continually refine and enhance marketing tactics.
- Develop clear reporting metrics and communicate results and insights to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and platform guidelines to maintain ethical marketing practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment encouraging team feedback and ideas to innovate and improve performance strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with :
5-7 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social media.A proven track record of creating and managing successful paid social campaigns that drive measurable results.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience in A / B testing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.A keen eye for creative content and a strong understanding of brand identity.Familiarity with the healthcare, dental, or wellness sectors is a plus.A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
