Job Description
- Leading account management teams and strengthen relationships with key clients.
- Responsible for overseeing sales leaders and account managers, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, ranging from small to medium-sized accounts. A key focus will be on developing and mentoring teams to foster long-term client relationships and drive account growth.
- Determine short and long-term sales revenue plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and sales representative and execute tactical action plans
- Lead the sales management process while actively engaging in key sales activities and opening new opportunities for the team
- Stay ahead of customer and industry trends to maintain a strong, differentiated value proposition.
- Work closely with product development teams to prioritize and build innovative offerings that enhance customer value.
- Partner with internal teams to establish the right infrastructure, tools, training, and support to empower the account management sales team.
