Job description

Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for a full time HR Generalist for our offices in Asia (Taiwan and Malaysia). As a member of the Human Resource Team at OnLogic you are responsible for the operational and tactical tasks in our HR department.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for :

  • support in our recruitment and onboarding process
  • work with and support employees and managers to achieve our business targets in the EU business
  • act as our culture ambassador; you maintain OnLogic’s unique culture, you consider our core values in your decision making process and you act as an example.
  • support in day-to-day Human Resource workload
  • assist with office management tasks
  • Utilizing HRIS and other data sources to generate reports and insights that inform HR decision-making and program effectiveness.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.

The members of our Human Resources team play a vital role in helping us build on the productive, welcoming and collaborative atmosphere here at OnLogic. By finding, interviewing and helping select who joins our growing team, our HR team is incredible at finding the right fit for a given role. They also help us all stay informed, healthy and, of course, paid. "Human Resources" feels too old fashioned to describe what this team does, they're truly responsible for "Employee Success" and help build the entire "People Experience" here at OnLogic.

  • Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good command in English
  • You have experience with all the common Human Resources tasks, like recruitment and Payroll.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in using HRIS and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong drive to see projects through to successful completion.
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check.

    The salary range for this role is NT$700,000 to $1,000,000 annually. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
