Position Overview
The Receiving Clerk will assist Purchasing Department to monitor and track the status of daily receiving. Ensure the products received align with the number of order and quality standards set by hotel.
The Role
1.Work closely with Purchasing Team to schedule the orders and receiving.
2.Maintain strict compliance to hotel service standards and department policies in order to conduct daily procedures of receiving.
3.Document and track the receiving records of hotel to ensure the products meet the requirements for quality of operation.
4.Coordinate with each department to schedule receiving while maintain close and effective communication with them.
5.Manage and maintain cleanliness and order of receiving area.
6.Ensure all procedures of unloading and receiving are aligned with the Practices of Food Sanitation and Safety.
7.Report the status of delivery and shortage or inconsistency of products in time.
8.Audit daily receipts and handle documents.
9.Conduct the receiving audit according to the Practices of Food Sanitation and Safety and ensure all documents are filed and kept for audit.
Talent Profile
1.A college Diploma / degree in Business.
2.2 years' experiences in similar role.
3petent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office).
4.Please attach English CV.

2.遵守酒店服務標準、部門政策以執行日常驗收操作步驟。
3.紀錄並追蹤酒店各項交貨記錄,確保貨品符合營運品質要求。
4.協調各部門點收取貨時程,維持緊密有效的溝通。
5管理及維持驗收區域整潔有序。
6.確保廠商卸貨及驗收步驟符合食品衛生安全規範。
7.及時回報配送進度及貨品異常、短缺狀況。
8.日常驗收單據、文件處理。
9.配合食安規範執行驗收紀錄、確保備查資料完整保存。
1. 商業相關的專科文憑或學位
2. 至少有2年的相關工作經驗。
3. 精通Microsoft Office套件及其他計算機技能。
4. 具在台灣合法工作身份
