Preferred Qualifications

Installation / upgrade / technical support of KD product
Project management for beta / eval product adopting at customer site
Support HQ and local Business Unit to achieve their business goals

Minimum Qualifications

Good as MS Windows O.S administration

Understanding of UNIX / LINUX

Understanding container and K8s

Understanding cloud environment

Programing skill (C / C# / Python / Shell)

Oracle database knowledge (Administrator and PL / SQL)

Experience with Klarity Defect is a plus

Good software documentation skills are required

Good problem-solving skills are required

Good project management are required

At least 2 years of experience in Defect System Administration

Understanding of software development and architecture is desirable

50% Domestic or 10-30% International travel required
