Job description

LifeByte Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Engagement professional  with strong sourcing capbilty to join our dynamic Talent Engagement team. In this role, you will assist in executing talent acquisition strategies across various functions while promoting company as an employer of choice. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing, engagement, and supporting the overall recruitment process.

With a focus on building relationships and communication, this position will leverage your passion for people and recruitment to help attract and retain top talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing : Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media platforms, talent databases, and professional networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Initial Screening : Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate qualifications, alignment with role requirements, and overall fit with company's values and culture.
  • Interview Coordination : Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Employer Branding : Support the execution of employer branding strategies to elevate company visibility and appeal as an employer of choice within the industry.
  • ATS & Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring stakeholders have access to current recruitment data and insights.
  • Hiring Manager Support : Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and provide tailored recruitment support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Candidate Engagement : Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process, reinforcing a positive employer brand.
  • Market Mapping : Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key trends, competitor hiring practices, and potential talent pools in target markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with social media and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to source candidates.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Chinese-speaking candidates.
