WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT?

To act as a link between Factory and Customers. Responsible for the timely and accurate information and management of all PLM Projects.

Responsible for coordinating projects and feedback between all GSC departments - providing accurate information to customers on project status

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Product Life Cycle Management and New Product Development

Handles PLM / NPD for the local factory as the core user, while also supporting regional PLM coordination.

Attend monthly NPD meetings with RND and Customers to provide feedback to both markets on status from the GSC perspective, as well as feedback to factory departments on the updated marketing calendar

Coordination

Coordinating and communicating with customers and ensuring accurate date information is sent regarding current and future production plans for new SKUs.

Ensure any changes regarding planned production are coordinated with the production planners and markets.

Coordinating with all relevant GSC departments, streamlining communication through monthly and closing meetings. Consolidating feedback to market and RND from a GSC perspective.

Write-Off

Providing monthly write-off reports to all customers on old packaging, providing feedback to planning to reduce the write-off based on feedback from the market.

MRP & BOM

Leading PSKU and PNTM creation, ensuring coordination with Customer Service that volume is loaded accordingly for accurate MRPs.

Review BOMs after creation to ensure alignment with machine specifications.

Other

Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Must-Have : University graduate At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Product Life Cycle Management, New Product Development, Project Management, or Supply Chain. Fluent in Chinese and Good English interpersonal skills SAP and MS Office Suite Functional Skills Coordination Skills Presentation Skills
