【What you will be doing】 Employee Life cycle - 新進同仁報到流程 - 離職同仁離職流程 - 人事資料的建檔、更新維護、彙整及分析 - 人事報表 / 流程的建立及優化 - 外籍同仁工作證申請及更新 - 員工福利津貼審核及預算規劃 Performance review - 試用期 / 績效考核行政作業協助 About Compliance - 各項政府行政作業報備與法規遵循（勞資會議召開、工作規則報備等） - 職業安全衛生法規遵循及協助 - 政府來函協助處理回覆 Administration - 維護企業內部人力資源相關紀錄（出勤及排班法規核對等） - 內部規則及揭示資料的撰寫、更新維護及優化 - HRM系統維護作業 - 其他主管交辦作業 【Who we are looking for】 - 主動積極、 熱衷學習新事物，正向迎接不同的新挑戰 - 邏輯調理佳且具良好的組織與分析能力 - 良好的溝通能力與團隊合作 - 良好的適應能力，能隨時因應組織變化調整 - 熟悉MS offices（Power Point, Excel,Word) Powered by JazzHR
