Job Description

Drive business development and revenue growth across APAC, focusing on strategic industrial and manufacturing clients.
Build and lead regional teams, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans tailored to local markets.
Manage full P&L responsibility for the APAC region.
Serve as the primary liaison between APAC customers and HQ, ensuring customer success and technical alignment.
Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Support deployment of all solutions, collaborating with engineering, product and other function teams.

The Successful Applicant

15+ years of business development experience in the automation, industrial equipment, or related sectors.

Strong technical background (engineering degree preferred) with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions.

Proven P&L management experience and ability to scale operations in a fast-growing environment.

Demonstrated success in cross-border team leadership and managing multicultural teams across APAC.

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
