Job Description

  • Develop and refine complex, organic-shaped 3D CAD models with advanced surfacing techniques for cycling products, based on sketches, verbal input, or existing geometry.
  • Generate precise, production-ready CAD documentation using Onshape for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Industrial Design to support product development across all stages.
  • Operate effectively within CAD, PDM, and other digital design tools to maintain workflow efficiency and data integrity.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D CAD modeling; strong proficiency in Onshape (solid and surface modeling).
  • Skilled in 2D CAD with knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • Strong capability in translating design intent into high-fidelity 3D models; Class A surfacing preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate across global teams.
