Job Description

1. Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business strategy
  • Develop new business through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals

2. Candidate Management

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels
  • Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skillset, career goals, and company fit
  • Provide interview coaching and career advice to candidates
  • 3. Market Expertise

  • Stay updated on industry trends and talent movement in your sector
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues locally and regionally to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B, enterprise sales, business consulting, account management, or talent acquisition
  • Strong commercial sense, with a client-first and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influence outcomes
  • Resilient, driven, and passionate about making a difference in people's careers
