Job Description
Leading foodpanda Taiwan’s marketing strategies, initiatives and growth metrics for all foodpanda verticals to drive MAU, order growth and profitability
Provide leadership, direction and management of the marketing team and growth team with over 10 team members
Identify the growth opportunities, and develop marketing strategies to drive sustainable growth for the foodpanda platform.
Identify growth opportunities and utilize performance-based channels including but not limited to incentives tactics, CRM, subscriptions, loyalty programs
Drive and optimize the local promotional campaign and incentive spending to achieve business growth.
Spearhead seasonal and annual marketing campaigns in driving the brand being the top-of-mind food technology app in the Taiwan market
Stay up-to-date and evaluate all changes and performances impacting demand growth and unit economics, to promptly maneuver our strategies
Work cross-functionally with Commercials, Operations, Strategy and Planning, and Finance teams to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business or any related field.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset that is willing to build things from the ground up
A seasoned marketer with over 10 years of experience managing marketing, branding & market growth, preferably in the e-commerce and / or FMCG industry.
Experience in stakeholder management and working across a matrix structure seeking collaboration.
Inspiring leader with a proven track record of managing and building marketing / growth teams.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Passion for working with numbers.
Creative and organized team player with a good sense of the market
A sociable character with a collaborative and positive attitude towards new challenges
Passionate about the foodpanda brand, able to demonstrate metrics driven with a deep understanding of our branding.
Product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational, and tactical levels would be an advantage.
Experience in managing P&L responsibilities in a fast-paced e-commerce environment would be an advantage.
