As part of Snaphunt’s Platform Compliance function, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the integrity of our global hiring ecosystem. Your mandate is to ensure that employers accessing our platform are legitimate, compliant, and aligned with fair hiring practices, protecting both our talent community and brand reputation.
You will act as the first line of defense in identifying risk, enforcing platform standards, and strengthening internal controls as we scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence checks on newly registered employers before granting platform access
- Assess documentation, digital footprint, and risk indicators to verify legitimacy
- Request and evaluate additional information where necessary, escalate suspicious cases, and recommend appropriate actions
- Review newly posted roles to ensure compliance with local labor laws and platform standards.
- Identify misleading, discriminatory, or non-compliant roles, and take necessary action for non-compliant postings.
- Monitor employer activity patterns to detect anomalies or suspicious behavior
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on employment regulations across key markets
Ideal Candidate
You have at least 3 years of experience in risk, fraud investigation, compliance, platform operations, trust & safety, or governance, ideally in a high-growth tech, marketplace, fintech, or HRTech environmentYou possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls independentlyYou are detail-oriented yet commercially awareYou are a natural problem solver who can communicate clearly and confidently across teamsYou demonstrate ownership and can thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environmentYou are comfortable balancing risk mitigation with business enablementThe Offer
