Your day will involve managing HR processes, working on HR transformation initiatives, and engaging with our ecosystem of providers to maintain world-class service delivery. - Ensure efficient and effective HR Services delivery through an ecosystem of providers, including employee onboarding and offboarding support, employee inquiries, and people and organizational data management.
- Inspire change initiatives across HR functions, often involving senior business leaders, to future-proof our organization.
- Strengthen process knowledge to support HR transformation initiatives and implement harmonized, standard processes.
- Contribute regional or topic expertise to other HR IT / Business Process initiatives and play a key role in their roll-out.
- Coordinate service management of business process outsourcing providers, ensuring quality operations and addressing deficiencies.
- Support our global HR transformation project while ensuring continuity of existing operations.
What You Bring
Proven experience in HR Services / Business Processes, including shared services and HR BPO outsourcing operations.Knowledge and experience in handling social benefits and company benefits.Familiarity with local social benefits-related policies and regulations.HR IT domain expertise in Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and SAP is desirable.Experience managing an ecosystem of partners / vendors in HR Services.Track record of supporting change / improvement projects within HR services.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a continuous improvement approach.Analytical skills and the ability to make fact-based decisions.Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a global environment.A degree in Administration with HR, HR / IT, or Business Information Systems is preferred.
