Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the digital insurance platform
- Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for new digital insurance offerings
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to ensure successful system design, development, and delivery
- Coordinate with external insurance partners for API integration and policy issuance handling
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor product performance post-launch and identify enhancement opportunities
- Act as a key liaison between business, tech, and insurance partners to align priorities and resolve issues
