Job Description : The Role :
Responsible for order management (order & quote… entry processing thr ough SAP)
Responsible for shipping arrangement and on - time delivery
Customer d emand management and order fulfillment
Obtain customer insight through daily communication and analyze the demand / supply through sales forecast and customer usage
Be familiar with policies and procedures to perform daily operations and meet SOX control
Effectively collaborate with the relevant departments for problem solving with timely response
Maintain standardized and up-to-date SOP
Maintain daily achievements by communicating key information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert opinions, reviewing open issues and action items, and contributing information across departments
Complete the assigned tasks a nd response proactively
In this role you will :
Respond to customer ’s issue with a sense of urgency and find the resource to provide the solution
Proactively review the related process and improvement plan to drive process efficiency
Open to suggestions and flexibility in adjusting work processes
Traits we believe make a strong candidate :
Bachelor’s degree , m ore than 2 years of relevant experience in S emiconductor and in C ustomer S ervice role
Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP system
Solve daily operation issues with proactive attitude to learn, teach and lead & self -motivated mindset.
Strong communication and influencing skills with all levels of the organization
Expertise in fostering a work environment characterized by "possibility thinking", motivation, accountability, effective teamwork and open to challenges .
Solid communications skills including ability to analyze data as well as present information to cross-functional areas throughout the organization
Ability to actively seek solutions to problems and improve the process while achieving the best results possible
Take proactive action for prevention or repeating error
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change
Open-minded, willing to share ideas with the team and have team work spirit.
Familiar with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excel skill is highly required)
Excellent excel, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
