Senior Officer, Specialist, Cross Border Cash Payment, Operations-(WD81193)

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Processing of foreign exchange transactions and accounting operations.
• Reviewing documents for domestic and foreign exchange transactions and fixed deposits, as well as conducting telephone inquiries.
• Inputting notifications for foreign inward remittances and transactions for foreign outward remittances.
• Preparation of vouchers and foreign exchange declarations.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with computer skills in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Good communication skills and enthusiasm for work.

• Proactive and values teamwork, willing to collaborate with others.

• Preferred certifications: Financial Market Knowledge and Professional Ethics, Foreign Exchange Personnel, Banking Internal Control Personnel.
