Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

• Daily e-mail communications with overseas offices / agents
• Familiar with Incoterm & various container type (Standard Container, Flat Rack, Open Top, Iso Tank, Break Bulk, Reefer Container)
• Maintain good relationship / good communications with shipping companies, co-loaders, customers, customs brokers and trailer
• Familiar with global system such like BDP Smart, BDP SmartVU
• Arrangements for Export / Import / Cross Trade Goods (incl. D.G. & Non-D.G) for LCL / FCL / Special Equipment and buyer Consol Box
• Familiar with internal system to generate HBL, Tax Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note, send the draft B / L data to Shipping Company / Co-Loaders, issue a check to Shipping Company / Co-Loaders, Cargo Manifest, send Pre-Alert to overseas branch offices / agents.
• Close Jobs & File filing.
