Our client is one of the world's most renowned and international Food & Beverage company that you must know. They are seeking a commercially driven and strategic National Sales Manager to lead and grow their Modern Trade business across Taiwan.
Job Description
- Develop and execute national key account strategies across major modern trade channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience stores, and e-commerce platforms.
- Identify growth opportunities and negotiate annual agreements including trading terms, pricing, and promotional support to ensure mutual profitability.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers, and ensuring excellence in execution at the store level.
- Lead joint business planning (JBP) and ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting to support supply chain and demand planning processes.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Brand teams to design and execute impactful promotional campaigns that increase in-store visibility and drive consumer purchase.
- Work closely with field sales, distributor partners, supply chain, and marketing to ensure integrated business execution. May lead and mentor junior team members or KAMs.

10+ years solid sales and key account management experience in well-known FMCG companiesFamiliar with Modern Trade channels in Taiwan including CVS, Hyper, EC, etcProven track record in negotiating and managing key customer relationships across modern trade channels.Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.High level of ownership, strategic thinking, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and MandarinStrategic with good influencing skills as well as stakeholder management
