Job Description :

Job Description：  Lead software engineering team through project lifecycles (design, development, testing, delivery).  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project goals.  Manage agile processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.  Provide mentorship, conduct performance reviews, and support professional growth of team members.  Monitor project progress and resolve delivery risks or blockers.  Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the team. Job Requirement：  Education : Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (advanced degree preferred).  Experience : Over 15 years in software engineering and 5+ years in leadership roles. Deeply familiar with credit card payment systems and banking industry payment solutions.  Technical Skills : Strong coding / debugging skills, knowledge of at least one programming language, familiarity with software development methodologies.  Leadership Skills : Excellent communication, team leadership, project management, and collaboration abilities.
