(Relocate) Mechanical & Thermal Engineer

Having completed our Series A funding in 2024, we are rapidly expanding our R&D team headquartered in Riyadh , and looking for globally-minded engineers to join us.

Job Description

Mechanical Product Design : Design outdoor / indoor enclosures and mechanical components for 60GHz wireless communication devices, balancing durability, manufacturability, and cost.

Thermal Design & Validation : Analyze heat distribution of high-power components and design passive cooling solutions such as heatsinks and heat pipes; validate with simulations and real-world testing.

Prototyping & Testing : Use CNC and 3D printing for rapid prototyping; conduct assembly and reliability testing (thermal cycling, humidity, IP rating, etc.).

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with electrical, antenna, RF, and manufacturing teams to ensure mechanical and electrical integration.

Support Mass Production : Deliver engineering drawings and BOMs; assist in DFM / DFT review; coordinate with suppliers and mold / tooling vendors.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field

At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design for electronics (e.g., access points, routers, outdoor wireless devices)

Proficient in Creo or SolidWorks for 3D modeling and engineering drawings

Basic knowledge of thermal design and thermal simulation interpretation

Familiar with plastic injection molding, die casting, aluminum extrusion, and sheet metal processes

Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (company will assist with visa, medical insurance, and housing support)

Strong English communication skills, able to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
