Job Description1. DFT for new process node (N5 / N3)

2. dppm diagnosis and yield ramp-up

3. system level and ATE testing diagnosis

LI-LL1Requirement1. Familiar with DFT tech. include DFT synthesis, ATPG, diagnosis and yield ramp-up

2. Familiar with EDA solution of DFT, such as SNPS / MGC flow and timing / IR closure

3. Familiar on post-silicon debug and progress, dppm diagnosis and SLT test.

4. new process node (N5 / N4 / N3) new fault model testing
