Job Description

Architect and implement firmware for Bluetooth and USB audio systems
Define technical requirements and guide feasibility studies during early product planning
Lead firmware teams (internal and external) and ensure high-quality code through reviews and mentoring
Manage development schedules, risks, and resource allocation
Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure reliability and compliance
Support production milestones and post-launch updates (e.g., OTA, customer feedback)
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in embedded systems

The Successful Applicant

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

8+ years of experience in embedded firmware development, ideally in audio or consumer electronics

Strong command of C / C++ and real-time systems (RTOS), with experience in Bluetooth profiles (A2DP, HFP, LE Audio)

Familiarity with USB audio, I2S, DSP, and power management in portable devices

Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as protocol analyzers and logic analyzers

Proven leadership in managing or mentoring firmware teams

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience with tools like Git and Jira is a plus
